I maintain the right to refuse service to anyone on the basis of unprofessionalism (ex. ghosting, impoliteness) perceived scam attempts, or lack of confidence in my ability to fulfill the client's request.
I will not work on pre-sold assets (ex. Art Station) or pre-made assets (ex. a base model made by another modeler) unless I have written permission from the seller/creator.
Upon order placement, the client should expect to receive an update about the progress of their order every 24-48 hours--exceptions include during college exam weeks, North American holidays, and emergency situations. All orders will have 3 free revisions, after which is a $5 extra revision fee. Payment is due upon final revision and the order will not be delivered to the client until payment is received. In the case of large orders (worth $100+), I will require a 25-50% deposit upfront before I start.
Order cancelations must be made within 48 hours of placement, otherwise the client will receive no refund. Once canceled, or if for any reason the client cannot pay for their order, I gain full rights to the asset (to sell or distribute).
I do not accept low-balling, NSFW orders (ie. detailed nudity, R-rated acts, extreme violence), percentage based pay from game revenue, or invitations to join other developer groups.
I do not accept USD payments outside of Fiverr, Zelle, Paypal, CashApp, Venmo, Remitly, or Roblox. I only accept Robux payments over 10,000.
